Unauthorized collection of e-mail

This website refuses to collect unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses using e-mail collecting programs or other technical devices, and in case of violation, it may be punished by [Act on Promotion of Information Network Usage and Information Protection, etc.].

Any person who collects, sells, or distributes e-mails unauthorized by means of technical devices shall be subject to a fine of up to KRW 10 million under Article 50-2 of the [Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc].

If you are victimized by unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses using the above technical equipment, please report it through the [Illegal Spam Response Center] (T.1336) or the notification page of the website (www.spamcop.or.kr).

[Article 50-2 of the Information Communication Network Act (prohibition of unauthorized execution of e-mail address)]

• 1. No person shall collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage that specifies a physician who refuses to collect e-mail addresses.
• 2. No person shall sell / distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1 above.
• 3. Anyone shall be aware of the e-mail address for which collection / sales and distribution are prohibited under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 and shall not use it for the transmission of information.
